Seriously?! One dollar extra for light ice for the order?? This is beyond ridiculous! No I’m not paying one extra dollar for that! Should have just walked away but I really needed a drink. Batista mentioned it is store requirement. At least she reminded me before charging me. Never coming here again.

I just wanted to take a moment to write a review of my experience here. I stop by routinely as my work is across the street and all the workers are super friendly, the gentleman that helped me today was, as always, professional, smiling, and makes every visit wonderful. Keep up the great service!

This makes my day happier (see pic). I don’t get to see something like this often. A small thing makes people happy and smile. I think this location has one of the friendliest baristas. I feel welcomed when I enter this store. They also make my drink fast and yum. The store is clean. The mobile order pickup counter is uncluttered and it’s easy to access for pickup from the entrance.
