Yep, same story. Already made a purchase, asked for a cup of water, told to get back in line and buy something. This is a non-issue in every other Starbucks I’ve been to. Given that multiple other people have said the same thing, this is clearly a customer-hostile store policy that comes off as rude and dismissive. I get it, I’m not entitled to anything, but little gestures go a long way when it comes to customer service perception. Boo.
The service was very quick but the atmosphere is really just confusing because there was like and art piece that was also seating. I got a mint majesty with two honeys very tasty I enjoyed it a lot, the price is decent, the place was clean and a quite place would be good for work
Honestly, this Starbucks is the place to be if you want your caffeine fix served with good vibes and sunshine. The patio here is so nice it makes you forget you’re technically just outside a mall — cozy chairs, clean tables, and that perfect mix of buzz and calm. Inside, everything’s spotless (you could probably eat a cake pop off the floor, though I wouldn’t test it). The staff? Absolute legends.
