Nice décor, decent coffee
I asked for a cup of Ice water after I ordered two cups of Frappuccino, and the guy who named Brody told me that I have to back to the long line again if I want a cup of ice water I cannot believe it is Starbucks customer service! Ridiculous!!!
One of the biggest Starbucks I’ve ever been to thus far. Didn’t stay too long so my review will be very limited. Pros: Huge lobby with plenty of seating and cool wall art. One of the biggest condiments bar (area that has the sugar and creamer). Cons: Can get pretty busy/crowded as it is in the middle of Irvine Spectrum Center. Below average staff friendliness, compared to most other Starbucks which are usually very friendly.
