I ordered the Ube Coconut Shaken Espresso from the Starbucks inside Target, a coffee I always get from both this location and others. But this time, it was absolutely awful—completely spoiled. At first glance, I thought, ‘What is this?’ The espresso was jet black, and the Ube cream shake on top was basically a pudding. It was not liquid at all. The service completely sacks now they make your drink and don't even tell you is ready, they leave it sitting there,I was busy on my phone attending some emails and the girl was just standing there i was the only customer I was just surprised that she didn't even bother to let me know at least excuse me sir your drink is ready but I guess that's the way Starbucks works now.
Ordered the largest cup of matcha green tea with little ice. It took them about 15 minutes before I got mine while 2 other customers order after me got their's first. I had to ask where was my matcha green tea. All 3 girls looked at each other and too them another 3 minute forever I got my drink. They did not even bother to apologize for delay or mess up. My matcha had 2/3 cup of ice tasted only of milk hardly any matcha. It was extremely light green color. Not worth pay close to $7 for.
This is for the Starbucks inside Target in Tustin Market Plaza. The tables are dirty with garbage left on them. 3 employees behind the counter, no lines, 2 customers, and yet they forgot to make my drink. When I asked them for it again, they made it but made it wrong. Meanwhile one of the employees was just standing there the whole time talking with her friend (a Target employee).
