Ordered the largest cup of matcha green tea with little ice. It took them about 15 minutes before I got mine while 2 other customers order after me got their's first. I had to ask where was my matcha green tea. All 3 girls looked at each other and too them another 3 minute forever I got my drink. They did not even bother to apologize for delay or mess up. My matcha had 2/3 cup of ice tasted only of milk hardly any matcha. It was extremely light green color. Not worth pay close to $7 for.
This is for the Starbucks inside Target in Tustin Market Plaza. The tables are dirty with garbage left on them. 3 employees behind the counter, no lines, 2 customers, and yet they forgot to make my drink. When I asked them for it again, they made it but made it wrong. Meanwhile one of the employees was just standing there the whole time talking with her friend (a Target employee). Great food and service
Put way too much ice in my drink. Asked them why it was bascically full of ice with very little drink. Instead of apologizing they said to ask for light ice next time….
