I like to stay here after school with my friends. There are many tables here for us to do our homework. And there is a restroom inside which is very convenient. My favorite drink is the hot matcha. I have to praise the good service they offer. Once I get a hot matcha lack of flavor. They remade a new one for me instantly for me. I am touched by their sincere attitude.
I buy nitro cold brew almost everyday and I have been coming to this location very often and due to the speed of service is extremely slow, i always order about 10-15 mins ahead of time and yet everytime when i arrived the drinks never ready even during not a busy time, the staff at this location is not service oriented friendly and instead of taking care of the orders, they all stand there chat and jokes, every experience there has been very dissatisfied, please go to Jeffrey location, the staff at the Jeffrey location is s... read more
