My wife, who is 12 weeks pregnant, was treated terribly at this Starbucks in JFK Terminal 1 (Gate 3). She asked multiple times for her drink to be made decaf, but the staff ignored her and gave her a caffeinated drink, putting her health and our baby’s health at risk. Prezzi leggermente più alti del normale, nello scontrino c'è una piccola percentuale (qualche centesimo) che comprende i benefits agli impiegati. Durante il mio soggiorno a New York ho preso 4 volte il pumpkin Spice latte e solo qui non hanno messo sopra né panna né cannella, non ho chiesto di rifarlo ma forse avrei dovuto
Worst starbucks in town. Drinks were okai-ish.. other than that everybody really unfriendly. And they didn’t had anything with chocolate…
Honestly, the worst Starbucks we have ever been to (worldwide), and hands down, the worst service we have had in the US. This place really outdid itself. The staff clearly doesn’t want to work: instead of just preparing drinks, they’re busy with side tasks while making customers wait. My partner and I waited 20 minutes for something as simple as water and an Americano apparently too much effort for them.
