Worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. The staff was rude and aggressive — literally yelling at customers. For a place that charges premium prices, the least you'd expect is basic courtesy. If I could give zero stars, I would. Completely unacceptable behavior, especially at an international airport where you're supposed to represent the brand at its best.
I was very disappointed with my experience at Starbucks. The staff came across as rude and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome from the moment I approached the counter. Simple questions were met with short, impatient responses, and customer service seemed to be the last priority. I understand that employees can have busy days, but there is no excuse for treating customers with disrespect. I hope management addresses this issue and works on improving the overall customer experience
