Staff was very rude
The girl at the register was extremely rude and had a very disrespectful attitude toward me and my colleagues. She even blamed me for “confusing” her and asked why I had given her the “wrong” information. To make matters worse, I received a drink that didn’t even contain matcha. It was replaced without any apology, but the new matcha was also basically undrinkable and tasted terrible. Very disappointing experience, both in terms of customer service and drink quality
