This location is way too highly rated. I've been here several times and was hoping things would get better before writing a review but now I know it's just bad here. The employees are bland at best which is fine but it will literally take forever to get your order even when it's not busy. During the morning rush forget about it. You need to order ahead at least 45 min and you'll probably still wait. i come here almost every day bc i work nearby & today the baristas denied me entry to the restroom without receipt. terrible way to do business. instead of power tripping over the restroom, maybe they should clean it, its honestly always dirty. there was no toilet seat covers & the floors were grimy. theres never a time that restroom is clean. that in itself is a health hazard. never coming back here again.
