The employee who works here told me rudely that I was waiting in the wrong mobile order line bc I ordered in person. I went to the other side of the store to pick up in person order and waited 15 minutes. Then the same guy tells me it was accidentally placed on the mobile order side. Now my non dairy cold brew foam is gone bc it was sitting there for a long time .
So slow
I stopped by this Starbucks today and had such a great experience. August, the barista who helped me, was incredibly friendly and gave me some great recommendations. I’ll definitely be back.
