Something is wrong with this location.
Everytime I go to Starbucks, I always ask for extra ingredients and majority of the time they are very generous but this place WILL NOT give you extra ingredients when you ask for it and they'll still charge you. This happened three times when I came here and will never do it again. I gave them too many chances.
I don't know if the people here just don't feel like making the coffee the way that people order it or what but this is not the first time and I can guarantee it will not be the last time it does not happen every time but it happens enough that it's almost like they're stealing money right out of my pocket. I don't care how excessive somebody thinks it is for me to order 10 shots in my coffee that's the way I pay for it that's the way I want to get it I am not asking for free handouts I'm paying almost $17 for a coffee and I... read more
This had to to be the worst customer service ever.i was denied to PURCHASE WATER. Water!! I was going to PAY FOR IT !! and the girl said I couldn't just purchase a simple cup of water or even a bottle of water. It's literally 90° outside. In what world does that make sense..
