My drink was not made correctly and the barista guy just wanted to argue with me about it. I get an iced blonde vanilla latte and it was very very light, almost the color of straight milk. I told the guy at the window it tasted like straight milk and he got aggravated and said “you probably drank the cold foam” my friend said “it was really light in color” and he said “well that’s how lattes work, they’re basically all milk” I said “well it doesn’t taste like that normally” and he acted very annoyed. Slow and sour attitude
I got a strawberry matcha loaf through the drive through today, and it was mangled, the top was wet and all the icing was missing. It was so gross I can't get myself to eat it, I don't know what they did to it. This branch staff is generally clueless and can't get it together. There are multiple times I've gone through lately and their service is dysfunctional and can't get my order together.
