This had to to be the worst customer service ever.i was denied to PURCHASE WATER. Water!! I was going to PAY FOR IT !! and the girl said I couldn't just purchase a simple cup of water or even a bottle of water. It's literally 90° outside. In what world does that make sense..
SLOW DRIVE THRU! I waited in line for 20 minutes, for one latte. The barista didn’t even acknowledge or apologize for the very long wait. This is “normal” at this location. Go to the one on Pine Street instead.
There have been multiple managers working at this location. I've never had a problem with anybody there. I've been ordering it this Starbucks for years. The new teenage girl they have as the manager does not know how to treat or talk to customers. Never in my life have I had such a negative experience at a Starbucks anywhere. I just had one of the most frustrating drive-thru experiences at Starbucks, and it was completely avoidable. I ordered an iced Dubai chocolate matcha, and when it was handed to me, the chocolate foam was literally pouring out of the spout of the lid. The lid was on correctly—that wasn’t the issue.
