This location has some of the best employees I've seen at a coffee shop! I order door dash to my work from here at least once a week, and last time I called up there and asked for them to include a straw because my dashers often miss my texts until they get here, and they just remember now and put a straw! I showed up today and left because the outdoor seating area was dirty and needs to be power washed and was shut down one hour before closing actually occurred.
My drink was not made correctly and the barista guy just wanted to argue with me about it. I get an iced blonde vanilla latte and it was very very light, almost the color of straight milk. I told the guy at the window it tasted like straight milk and he got aggravated and said “you probably drank the cold foam” my friend said “it was really light in color” and he said “well that’s how lattes work, they’re basically all milk” I said “well it doesn’t taste like that normally” and he acted very annoyed.
