I don’t usually leave reviews, but my family and I had a pretty frustrating experience at this Starbucks today (Saturday, November 29th around 11:29 AM). My sister and I were already in the middle of ordering when the employee at the counter — a guy working at that time — clearly saw us standing there, acknowledged us, and still allowed another customer to walk right in front of us. I have visited here for a couple of times during the last month, and Sally at the front was always servicing us at a great smile with kindly manners. A good rest stop after shopping at the Target.
Trina provided excellent customer service! She was friendly, efficient, and handled everything so well even though she was working alone during a busy rush. Really appreciate her hard work and great attitude!
Good location but always busy.
