Staff is rude
This location only has hot coffee half the time after 5:00pm. Starbucks is a coffee shop? 12/30/25. Has not gotten any better. Still no hot coffee.
Starbucks representative Randa, at Ingles location 8650 Asheville Hwy, Boiling Springs, SC 29316 horrible customer service horrible attitude she represents Starbucks in the negative way because of Randa you will lose great deal of customers.
Was charged $9 for a drink that was half full. Really wish the guy that made it cared about his job because he knowingly did this...put the lid on and said ready. I will be confronting him directly
