Plenty of parking, convenient since in a large strip shopping center. Small but very efficient, clean with a welcoming vibe. Great service while having to setup many gift cards in different denominations. The peppermint mocha frap was yummy too.
My husband and I come to this Starbucks often since it’s so close to us. We usually go through the drive thru and most of the time the barista at the window just hands us our things and we leave, quick and easy but that past few times we have gone we encounter the same barista. Lily, I think that’s her name. She is so nice and helpful. She extremely friendly and goes above and beyond. 10/10
I think I know why Starbucks is dying. I pulled through to drive-thru and the intercom was dark and no one said hello for a full minute and a half. I pulled forward because I saw someone else had ordered a drink and was paying, upon asking the barista if I could just place my order here since I noticed the machine was off he responded that the machine was on. On he promised me and he could not take my order at the window. Could not or would not, but what's worse is he didn't even know the damn thing was off... Going to find ... read more
Employees are rude even when im polite to them they dont know the menu items and always give so much ice when i ask for light ice. Attitude especially through drive thru. The place was better a couple years ago with nicer employees. I’ve worked retail and food service before so i know it sucks but ive never been rude to any of them so it makes no sense.
