Terrible service they messed up my order twice in a row and both drinks were handed to me wrong I even waited an extra ten minutes for them o get it right then they ran out of oat milk so I couldnt even get the one I wanted seemed like nobody knew what was going on I left without a refund or even my money back such a waste of time
As you can see from the terrible reviews don’t come here. Terrible attitude and poor customer service at this location. Nobody wants to say hi or good morning or even acknowledge your thank you. Lady working drive thru today around 6 am today terrible attitude. Not how you want to start your morning
Poor attitude/not friendly for Starbucks? Didn't ask for my name, when I came out of bathroom I was looking at rows of drinks not labeled. Had to corner employee to find out which was mine! Wasn't even busy, wouldn't want to find out customer service experience on a busy day. Fyi avoid this location. 3.8 is probably the worst rating I've ever seen for Starbucks?
