I paid $6.35 for a half filled tall pink drink for my son. In which originally was made incorrectly. I was originally up-charged to add extra ingredient just to get the drink “filled to the top” and apparently if you ask for no ice the intention is to short change the customer. I just feel like once the drink was made improperly because of the mishap the drink should have been free. I did give the manager a chance to make things right and she didn’t I recommend the starbucks on E. 42nd. Drive past this one.
Very pleasant cute place fast and friendly.
Dorothy and her crew today(2/7) are amazing!! Wish I would have gotten the other ladies names, but they are all so caring and so sweet!
