The only place to get real coffee in odessa tx
Made me pay full price and only gave me half of the drink. When I complained they wouldn’t do anything about it.
Service was good but I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it when I bit into it, it was still frozen cold. I had already driven away and I wasn’t gonna drive back for a $4 item. Just was a bad start to my morning.
Order received looked different, but didn’t make a big deal out of it. I contacted the store to address the issue, since in fact wasn’t what I ordered.The manager on call stated that I could return at any time to have the order remade. However, when I went back, they were unable to remake the order or provide a refund. I advisable to taste your beverage before leaving.
I went at 8:56Pm, I get to the intercom and it says closed and I call and ask why are they closed at 8:56 and he tells me that it’s 9:00 on his watch. Very unprofessional.
