I feel so bad for the employees of this store. Their store manager and district manager are awful to them and treat them with no respect. There is no appreciation for the employees who have been there for years. The store manager is not held to the same accountability or standards as the other employees. Can this store PLEASE train your employees to know the difference between cold foam and sweet cream. Almost every time I order a drink with sweet cream they give make it with cold foam. Instead of training employees to write notes on drinks, train your employees to make the correct drinks.
