This has got to be the Starbucks with worst trained staff. The so called barista - a short white girl - rudely refused to correct a wrong order which was a mistake on the part of the cafe. Management needs to remind the staff who pays their salary ...I would go out of my way to about this Starbucks
Terrible service. Either the staff or management needs to be retrained or FIRED !!! If you're having a bad day, call in sick don't take it out on paying customers
I am a Daily Starbucks customer I enter this location ask to use the restroom and the employee ask me; “ did you made a purchase at this location today”? I said , no. I’ve had bought coffee earlier at another location I’m pulling up bc I came from A long drive I work near by this location and a came here all the time but he denied to let me go in the restroom! The worst branch of this coffee company I have experienced.. the short girl behind the coffee machine refused to adjust my drink and asked me to pay more. Rude, incompetent, insufficiently trained and clueless as to proper customer service.
Terrible service .. got my drink wrong and refused to fix it. Never again
