I ordered my drink at 9:28 am and didn't receive it until 9:55am. Not only did I wait a long time, it was poorly made.
They literally left my frap outside to fully melt and made 8 drinks AFTER mines. I ordered it about 45 minutes ago and just recieved it. I watched them also add full pumps even though on my order i asked for two pumps only. My drink was fully melted when I got it. Several people got their drinks though and mine was left there. Whatever the issue was, I dont get why they couldn't just remake the drink since it was fully melted when I had wanted it as afrap, not a latte.
Took them 40 minutes to make my drink and now im late for class
Lied about stock, had me waiting 10 whole minutes for breakfast and nobody said a damn thing
