Slow customer service
The last 2 times I came Ive been met with a fake attitude. Who ever is on the drive thru 4/24 @11:30am was being ridiculous with the card reader (not letting me be able to see whats on the screen) but making sure I know theres an option for a tip. Like you just gave me attitude in the drive thru and then youre being difficult with the card reader, why would I give you a tip? Miserable. 60 degrees outside and they are blasting the AC inside. Impossible to sit and read. I guess Starbucks doesn't want to be my third place anymore. 🥶🥶🥶
