I’m not sure why, but I always encounter problems at this location that I don’t at others. Today, I was given the combination of a broken lid with an extremely full cup. I typically order extra espresso shots and nearly all other locations will sub the venti cup for a trenta (upon request) to provide some space at the top. The employee at this location refused, but another employee provided a trenta cup on the side.
