I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this Starbucks, and unfortunately, they seem to be getting worse. The first time, I was handed a drink that was overflowing and leaking before I even left the counter. The employees refunded my drink and gave me a $4 Starbucks gift card as an apology, but the gift card was never activated, making it completely useless. This store is not it. The drinks are Very inconsistent. Most of there employees Dont know how to properly greet people. And seem to be understaffed often.
Within the last week I went into this location to buy a breakfast sandwich. At the time of my visit I was dressed in clearly defined first responder uniform which identified the organization and the position I held. The issue have is that I waited no less than 5 minutes by the point of sale for someone to at least acknowledge me. I can understand and respect that it was in the morning and that is a peak time.
