If this is the Starbucks by gate 61, you can only order by app with a pre paid loaded Starbucks card only. Way to lose more than half of your customers. Dumb idea!
The barista who took my order was very efficient and friendly and the man that handed off my order (I didn’t catch his name I apologize) but he had locs. He was awesome and delivers one of the most authentic and friendly customer service you’ll find anywhere and even offered siracha with my falafel pocket (which slaps). The order was perfect and tasted great. I will definitely make this Starbucks a regular when I’m traveling.
Espresso machine never working. Always out of something important. Whoever owns this location must never show up.
The employees are disgustingly rude and incompetent. The owner needs to be aware of how these employees are conducting themselves.
They had free samples out and whatever I had was so yummy I had to get a full size!
