Horrible service. Staff couldn’t bother to listen. I ordered a venti iced double chocolate matcha. They handed me plain matcha with zero chocolate. When I asked why the chocolate layer was missing, they acted confused for several minutes and then gave me a chocolate mocha instead. Not even close. I asked for light ice; they packed the cup with ice like they were trying to save on ingredients. If you can’t get a basic drink right, what’s the point? Absolutely disappointing.
I didn’t realize I was paying $6 for a cup of "mystery milk," but that’s exactly what happened. I ordered a latte and received a cup of cold, white milk with zero espresso in it. It wasn't even a mistake. it was pure laziness.
Avoid this Starbucks. I received a latte that was just steamed milk with no espresso at all, and the staff's reaction to my complaint was shockingly rude. They clearly don’t care about quality control or basic customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would.
