They Never have matcha
A lot of the recent reviews at this Starbucks location are pretty bad, but my husband and I actually had a good experience here! We had a man with glasses serve us today (I didn’t catch his name), and he was super nice and helpful! We got the iced shaken espresso with oat milk, and it was made pretty much the same as how I’ve had it at other Starbucks locations. This is the worst ever store I visited. I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. We placed a large order totaling around $40, but the barista handling our service was incredibly rude, dismissive, and lacked any professional training.The employee—a woman around 40 to 45 years old—displayed a shocking lack of effort. When I asked her about the new drinks on the menu, she openly admitted that she was not even trying to work today. She literally told me, "I can’t do it right now, so try something else."
