Usually my go-to being close to home however the staff can be rude. I don't know if it's scheduling issue and they need more staff in the mornings however there is no reason to be snippy when a customer asks to order after waiting over 5 minutes to be acknowledged. I decided to order on the app and didn't even worry about ordering an iced water to go with it.
After 10 minutes of waiting and not being acknowledged standing waiting to make an order, I finally had to ask "do you take walk-ups" before being acknowledged and assisted. They prioritize online orders 10 to 1 it seems.
I am still shocked and in disbelief about how I was treated and spoken to at this Starbucks today. I have never left a google review in my life but this was bad enough I feel the need to share! I had ordered my drink in line in the store and waited about 25-30 minutes before I got it. After about 20 minutes of waiting (with a fussy one year old) I politely asked if my order had gotten lost somehow. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks. The employees were just joyous. I had got a Starbucks drink from another location and it was just awful. As soon as I walked in this Starbucks, the employee said well that doesn't look right and he remade it for me. He even added in some popping pearls free of charge. Just absolutely incredible. I did not catch this employee's name unfortunately. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks best employees I have encountered in a long time.
I never go here. I dont pay $10 for a cup of coffee lol
