5/6 people behind the counter and the manager Terra was yapping away complaining while there was 8 people + waiting i never seen so many people so useless, good thing i don’t live in this area 1/10 if i could get a refund for being late to my kids sports game i would ,you guys suck

2 months later update: I haven't ordered since my last experience and for good reason. My husband went to Family Fare to get breakfast and wanted to surprise me with my favorite; Venti Iced Dubai Chocolate Mocha. The individual who took his order told him that mocha drinks only come as frappuccinos and charged him for a Venti Mocha Frappuccino with Pistachio Cream Cold Foam. And yes, that is an upcharge. Usually my go-to being close to home however the staff can be rude. I don't know if it's scheduling issue and they need more staff in the mornings however there is no reason to be snippy when a customer asks to order after waiting over 5 minutes to be acknowledged. I decided to order on the app and didn't even worry about ordering an iced water to go with it.
After 10 minutes of waiting and not being acknowledged standing waiting to make an order, I finally had to ask "do you take walk-ups" before being acknowledged and assisted. They prioritize online orders 10 to 1 it seems.
