There is no doubt this location needs more staff. I’ve waited 20 minutes after my pickup time routinely and today drove the nail in the coffin when my I received my grande latte that was maybe the size of a tall in a grande cup. Not a great way to start the day.
Not a lot of liquor stores in the Rockford area lol. Glad we have this one.
I've had only good experiences at this location. Whether ordering at the counter or doing an online order pickup, they are quick, friendly, and efficient.
Fairly certain the staff here needs to be treated better by owners.
