I’ve come to this target starbucks for years now and i always have a very pleasant experience. Sure, sometimes they might be slammed with drink orders when the store is busy but they always make the drinks taste amazing. Baristas Heli, Rachira and Aleena are always very helpful and attentive and I love how they know me by name and my order now. 💗
It is understandable why this Starbucks in this Target only has a 2.5-star rating. The staff is not professional at all. They have displayed racist behavior by talking negatively about a customer just because she mispronounced a name. Did they not realize she could hear everything they were saying? The owner of this Starbucks in Target should reevaluate their employees. Discrimination has no place here. Before criticizing others, take a good look at yourselves first.
