I went in there to order a coffee and was completely ignored. It took them a while just to take my order. They weren’t even busy at the time

Every time I come to this Starbucks, the drinks are always so terrible. This is the last time I will buy from this location. They water down the drinks. Our pink drinks had no strawberry flavor. They tasted super watered down. I went inside and told them how watered down they tasted hoping that they would remake the drink correctly. It still tasted the same. No flavor. Just tasted like coconut water. Absolutely disappointing. Don’t get your drinks here. Don’t come here at all.
I was very disappointed. I took the drive through to buy my coffee. Soon as they found out that I didn't pay any tip. They turned into very rude. Not even a polite smile. Turned away before, I even took my coffee. So we need to tip them to be polite to us. Only this starbucks did it to us. I had to tell you my experience with McDonald's where we don't tip anyone. If you want an ice drink. They didn't make my drink the first time, filing it with nothing but oat milk, so they said they would remake it however, they filled it with nothing but ice.
