Wrote down a different name on an order. Very slow with carrying out orders for in store orders. Staff doesn't ask for a name which is an essential to Starbucks' starbucking. Not friendly with giving new drinks. All in all bad.
This is my favorite coffee location in Rochester. I have always found the staff to be friendly and competent. My order is always right.

This is the only Starbucks that makes my Brown Sugar oatmilk shaken espresso exactly how I like it EVERY SINGLE TIME. Going on 5 years. I love this store!
