I got my Ice Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso and a Cake Pop yesterday and it was PHENOMENAL I have never had a drink so perfect the pink haired girl working was so sweet I will be coming back!
It's a Starbucks. Nothing exceptional.
Not one drop of consistency at this location. They either don’t fill the cup to the top or even close to the top or they don’t put enough syrup etc. The inside always looks filthy and the staff are unhappy looking or look at you like a deer in the headlights. Is there a manager at this location? Do they do anything besides make the schedule? Maybe they should send everybody for training again. Do something to incentivize their staff to smile and make the drinks right.
