Fast and easy. Getting pricy though 🤔
We went to the drive thru today, and Michael took are order, he was so friendly and sweet, the drinks were perfect. Seriously the best customer service I’ve experienced. We joked about this Starbucks being a luxury version because he was just so great, and not only was the service perfect but it was fast too despite us ordering complicated drinks. The older woman at the window with fake red in her hair has quite the attitude. We asked a question and she seemed so irritated with us. And we spent 30 dollars on a few drinks. I think this isn’t the location to support
Horrible experience. I’ve been to this location a few times with friends, but my last visit was unacceptable. We were sitting for about 10 minutes waiting for another friend to order drinks when a staff member came over and rudely told us we couldn’t sit without ordering. When we decided to leave, my friend explained that it was because of her behavior. I hope this is the right location… but these two were amazing!!! Excellent service, got our food out quick, we had a complicated order and they were so patient and funny. Give these two a raise
