Don’t order here, permanently closed
I came to this Starbucks at 11:05am on 9/29 to order the same drink I have ordered for years, which is an iced mint tea (I don’t drink caffeine). I was given a hot tea and explained that I ordered it iced, and the manager (blonde woman) came back to the window and rudely told me that there is new policy that you cannot order hot drinks iced, and that Starbucks was really cracking down and that she would not risk getting fired to remake the drink but they could offer me a green iced tea.
