Had to get on here and say thank you to Michael for his patience with me today in the drive-through. I didn’t know what I wanted to order and he patiently talked me through it. It’s impossible to find people with great attitudes and awesome service. I’ll definitely come back to this location just for that! My coffee frappe with vanilla + ex shot was perfect!
Manager here is extremely rude. She got my order wrong and then proceeded by telling me to wait in the line all over again because she thought they were iced instead of hot. I come here every single day. This lady needs to be fired
