I don’t usually do this or write reviews but this has been bothering me for a while now and I don’t think anyone realizes the catalyst for the shift in this store. This is\nMy backyard, it's become the place for crap managers, and the employees are not as good as they used to be.\nI'm talking about the old ones.You need to get some fresh meat in there. And the managers and you need to get the old managers in there.I'm talking about the good ones that you can't get back.
The Lady Brianna working in the morning has no business working with customers. She is rude! I spend a lot of money at Starbucks and expect at least some level of decent customer service.
