Starbucks you seriously need to reconsider what people you are hiring. I ordered matcha latte on COCONUT milk since I absolutely cannot have dairy products. Person who was taking my order absolutely did not care what I am ordering meanwhile talking to his other teammates. Since this Starbucks is inside the terminal, right after I picked up my order I hopped on a plane. Only after the first sip I did realize it is made with regular milk. Awful service at this airport Starbucks. Went to the counter and took forever to be acknowledged, there were two employees working but no acknowledgement whatsoever. I finally got tired of waiting and asked if I could be helped, all I wanted to order was a simple venti coffee, last time I ever come here, poor service
One of the employees corrected my pronunciation of the word “fork” 3 times because I didn’t enunciate the “k”. It honestly made my day. Thank you.
