All of the workers were helpful and efficient. There were only three people working and there was about a 15 minute wait in the line so I would recommend doing a mobile order. It only took about 3 minutes for my order to be finished after placing it.
i ordered a grande iced london fog on mobile, with extra ice in a venti cup so i could drink a ton of ice. it took 20 minutes to be finished, and along with that it was extremely hot, had no ice, and the entire cup was just milk. the experience was really bad compared to previous experiences.
7/12/26 Worst service ever, incredibly busy and only 4 people on staff all moving around with no urgency. I get it’s busy but maybe have more people on staff? Caribou had 8 people working in a smaller scale operation. Anyways, waited 35 minutes for a crap watered down Cold brew and never got my sandwich. Took less time to get through security. Seriously step it up
How does a coffee shop run out of coffee??? 5 food items out of stock. Cold brew out, several refreshers out of stock as well...very disappointing when they are the only coffee shop in that terminal.
