I got iced flat white that was the worst flat white ever I always get my flat white from Starbucks but this store I don’t know I have never taste like this before and I paid 7.35 dollars for horrible coffee

When I got to this Starbucks the line wasn't too long so I got in line. Got almost up there and it stalled. The ones at the counter stood there being completely ignored. I understand that they were busy, but to ignore? I think it is wrong to make those who order on the mobile the priority. Many who are older are not tech savvy so it's just not right. I can’t put a 0- THIS IS THE WORST STARBUCKS EVER! Cashier dude, white guy, mid 20, tattoo, blonde mullet- took FOR FREAKEN EVER. Worked nonchalantly as if there isn’t a huge line of customers waiting. Do better Starbucks in hiring good staff!
