How does a coffee shop run out of coffee??? 5 food items out of stock. Cold brew out, several refreshers out of stock as well...very disappointing when they are the only coffee shop in that terminal.
The baristas just stand there and chit chat for 30 minutes while you wait for your order right in front of them.
Do not do online order at airport when busy! Ordered at 5:30am and it said 20+ minutes. Once order placed it said over two hours (which was after flight left). App makes it totally unable to cancel order. Workers were busy preparing orders from 4:40am at 6am!
Very rude workers. I was a Starbucks worker myself and even when we were busy we didn’t give out dirty looks and practically throw the drinks at people and ignore customers when they ask questions.
