Comically rude. So this is the second time I’ve gotten a dirty chai here that was only half and half. The first time I didn’t have time to come back and get it fixed but today I did. The woman at the counter was the rudest person I’ve ever interacted with. I asked for a refund and she scowls and says they don’t do refunds…. Okay, then replace it. Name tags said Shelly receipt says Jesse . is rude literally told me to look at her in her eye while speaking to her . Kept rolling her eyes at me . Told her what I wanted and said that’s not that right name of the summer drink I got . Complained that’s she was going to go off on another employee. I even said thank you at the end and she rolled her eyes and said ahuh . If I could give it zero stars I would. If she was having a bad day she shouldn’t be taken it out on customers. Made me feel uncomfortable .
