I come to this Starbucks every Sunday around noon. It used to be a nice experience — friendly baristas and good drinks. But lately, there’s a new girl working who always looks annoyed and treats customers like they’re bothering her. Today I ordered a medium caramel Frappuccino and a small caramel ribbon Frappuccino. She gave me two regular caramel ones instead. Mistakes happen, but the small one was made terribly — she poured so much caramel at the bottom that it was way too sweet and undrinkable.
