On a Sunday I left early to stop and get coffee before work... 20+ minutes in drive thru??? I actually called the store after 15 minutes of not even moving! Hesitation of going back...
Service? What service? 7 employees, 3 actually working, 4 chit chatting. Stood at the order pickup for 6 minutes before giving up. Not once was i acknowledged. This is a recurring problem at this location.
I ask for a double shot of espresso but they never put it in my drink. They are more than happy to ask for a tip though, not surprising
