I feel like they never really get my orders right. Every time I order the caramel ribbon crunch frap there’s never any crunch. They also left the cheese on my sandwich that I asked for no cheese on. As someone who works in the food industry and with the prices of everything being high it kinda sucks to not get my order how I expect it. Never have this issue at other Starbucks locations. Wont be coming back here.
I went through the drive-thru in the morning. I ordered a breakfast egg burrito. The sausage was okay. The bacon was undercooked and rubbery. I ended up removing the bacon entirely. The burrito was extremely hot to even touch. My mango dragonfruit refresher was not large-sized like I asked for. I was not given a straw or napkins. Welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. They are accurate in the orders and on the off day they make a mistake they fix it right away.
