Love my baristas at crismon and southern. So friendly and such a nice clean and big lobby.
There was a misunderstanding , They have happily took care of it no negative vibe not sure it was that I wasn't clear or the headset didn't pick up the order right either way go they handed me the drink I noticed it was the wrong size they promptly fixed it cheerfully Seem like sincere smiles where sometimes you would get that negative vibe so again I appreciate the staff this morning on the 1st day of the New Year taking care of me right
Poor service employees are busy talking to friends or just rooming around. Trash is over flowing dirty bathrooms …took 20 mins for one bagel n coffee. Over 6 people on the counter and 4 customers in the store but still it took them 20 mins
