Three 0f us were enjoying visiting and drinking our coffees. A young female employee came over to us at 2:00 and said they were going to close the lobby in a few minutes. When we left we would have to leave by the north doors as the south doors were locked. She dud not indicate that we had to leave then. About 5 or 10 minutes later a male employee rather rudely shouted. "You need to leave now like we told you a few minutes ago". Very rude and unprofessional. We will not be returning to this lication.

Avoid this Starbucks location if you can. They regularly close the café area without warning or explanation, showing little regard for their customers. Today, Sunday, was just another example: at 2 p.m., a staff member calmly let the 11 of us inside know they were closing early and asked us to exit through the north door when we were done. Minutes later, a different employee loudly clapped and rudely shouted at everyone to leave, as if we were loitering, saying “the store is closed so leave like you were told”. Plenty of seating. Clean and friendly. Books to read! Awesome breakfast date with my kid. Free coffee grounds for my garden too!
