Worst experience at Starbucks ever. I regularly go through the drive-thru to order a London fog latte and always get told that it will take about 5 minutes to steep, which I'm fine with. Today, I was asked by the drive-thru attendant, "Snow," to pull around to the front of the store and wait, even though there was no one in line behind me. Again, I'm fine with that. Rudely mistreated, spoken to on multiple occasions, the staff is now refusing to make basic drinks that are listed on their menu and imposing restrictions through the drive thru when there are no limits or exceptions posted. I will never be returning to this location.
Had a problem with assistant manager. Didn't want to honor the free tea when eating in. Told me she would honor that but wouldn't next...even when I showed her the app!!! Spent over $30 and still had a hard time. Will not go back to that store. Every other store honors it!!
