Drive through. Ordered Blonde Roast and they gave me something else. Was already on the freeway by the time I noticed.
Their team lead and staff where great
Very, very slow service. While I appreciate working with great colleagues, the amount of chitter chatter and joking at the expense of making customer orders is not professional and wastes time. There were three drinks ahead of us and we waited at least 20 minutes for a tall frozen hot cocoa.
