Their team lead and staff where great
Very, very slow service. While I appreciate working with great colleagues, the amount of chitter chatter and joking at the expense of making customer orders is not professional and wastes time. There were three drinks ahead of us and we waited at least 20 minutes for a tall frozen hot cocoa.
They don’t make my drink right. This is the second time. Charged me more than I expected and did not give me receipts. $6.28 for a espresso looks like this ? I have to ask to add cold cream since she charged me already. Wont be back
Tyler is awesome! He had a great attitude; he genuinely seemed happy to be there, and loves what he does. His customer service and professionalism really stood out—he’d be a great candidate for a management role!
