4/10/2025 update Turns out the guy at the register I mentioned earlier was the manager named John. Today, he managed to get help me again and got the order so wrong it seemed impossible. I gave him a very small personal 6oz cup for a Cortado, and he put in an order for an iced shaken espresso. Mr Niccol has a hard job trying to turn this company around. I walked into this establishment a few times before always as a paying customer. As I live in the Vintage Park neighborhood. Yesterday was a different day. I approached the counter while on a business call but decided to wait until I finished my call before placing my coffee order.
