Not a good experience with customer service today in the Starbucks inside Kroger. I did not feel welcome and not very polite
The young black woman with tacky blonde streaks in her hair who was working this evening was the absolute worst!!! Glared at us ( my 5 year old and I) the whole time .went up to order and my daughter was looking at the cups there and more glares. She finally Mumbled something to us which I couldn’t understand thank God. We ordered and still more glares. The old white bartender lady that works there is so grumpy. She does not like her job and us customers have to deal with her attitude. I barely had gotten out of my school after a long day of testing. I went to go get a starbucks refresher and while i had placed my order i was waiting with my friends. She decided to start screaming and kicked us out because we were “high schoolers” preventing other customers from having a seat, when we were literally customers.
