The young black woman with tacky blonde streaks in her hair who was working this evening was the absolute worst!!! Glared at us ( my 5 year old and I) the whole time .went up to order and my daughter was looking at the cups there and more glares. The old white bartender lady that works there is so grumpy. She does not like her job and us customers have to deal with her attitude. I barely had gotten out of my school after a long day of testing. I went to go get a starbucks refresher and while i had placed my order i was waiting with my friends. She decided to start screaming and kicked us out because we were “high schoolers” preventing other customers from having a seat, when we were literally customers. Tammy the old white lady was rude to our group, most of us had placed an order and sat down to wait for it but she kicked us out for sitting too long when it had been only 4 minutes. Drinks were great but Tammy was not.
Ok so my friends and I went to get a drink, we ordered and we waited at the tables. While we were waiting, the old lady that works here was leaving and she kicked us out because we are “high school students.” We didn’t even get our drinks and they already kicking us out. They should worry more about customer service and not whatever they might be thinking. They obviously didn’t have my drink ready so I stayed. My friends also ordered and waited for me.
