Charging me a dollar extra when I ask for light ice is absolutely insanity!! Never has that happened anywhere! I should of walked away!
My friend asked me to order for them while they used the restroom. It was an item from the menu, so when I ordered, I just read it off of the menu so I wouldn't mess it up. On the menu, "oatmilk" is in the name of the beverage (picture included). Therefore, I assumed that it would in fact be made with oatmilk and not dairy. Wrong. I go back inside to ask if it was dairy because my friend said it tasted off. The barista informed me that I didn't say oatmilk and that all of their drinks were made with 2% dairy milk.
