My friend asked me to order for them while they used the restroom. It was an item from the menu, so when I ordered, I just read it off of the menu so I wouldn't mess it up. On the menu, "oatmilk" is in the name of the beverage (picture included). Therefore, I assumed that it would in fact be made with oatmilk and not dairy. Wrong. I go back inside to ask if it was dairy because my friend said it tasted off. The barista informed me that I didn't say oatmilk and that all of their drinks were made with 2% dairy milk. Daphine is very polite, advised a replacement because there was no product and I was completely satisfied. Nice atmosphere, nice conversation with employees, great work guys
The lovely woman working at the Redmond Safeway Starbucks (5/20/2025, 11:55am) is an absolute day-changer. She's chill, laid-back, and an awesome individual to cone across. Nothing crazy specific, she just made my day so much better with her positivity.
