Today the barista was rude after I asked for him to add more milk. I order extra foam for my chai but sometimes the foam is too airy and it dissipates quickly leaving the cup a 1/3 less full making the chai too sweet from the syrup. I was polite when I asked and said thank you while he abruptly poured in the milk splashing some of it on me. I used to go to this location before but I’ve found the service lately to be lacking.
it's Starbucks. you know what you're getting. if you're dining in, don't stay too long - they don't like that
