I took caramel frap and the server didn't add caramel to my frap
My close to home, go-to, Starbucks. Staff are always extremely friendly, accurate, and helpful. I say helpful because I frequently like to try new things & when I'm "in thought" or looking for a new idea, they're always patient, and even helpful or suggestive. Love my Starbucks!
Update. Little girl is playing at the window today. She pulled 2 fast ones on me. Kept my pup cup and swore my refresher didn’t have lemonade but had the water I asked for. Ugh, Y’all messed up my drink last time with lemonade so I think I know the difference. Please say it louder for those in the back IF you want water and ask them to remake it or request the manager instead of buying the “oh, I made it myself.
