I understand being stressed out with coffee... but even the manager was rude. Do better.
So I was in mountain view and need some car help and this nice gentleman named Thomas was waiting for a bus and helped me so I gave him a ride to work...Starbucks you have a great guy there that deserves a lunch or gift card...please . I am a disabled veteran and I appreciate people like Thomas. Can you let me know in a reply what you can do for him?
The dude w glasses that’s on shift working @ Starbucks (not the one by door 3) it is currently 2pm Monday Dec 9th so this didn’t happen too long ago today. He has serious attitude problems. He made my gf’s drink wrong twice . She asked for it to be ICED & it wasn’t. Lastly, after she got her drink it was STILL terrible. It didn’t taste anything like what she normally orders. As she told him about the drink he spaced out for 4 seconds, rolled his eyes way too many times, & started heavy breathing.
