I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years and it’s usually very good if you get a good barista! Today I got one of the worst drinks ever . I ordered a white chocolate mocha while my dad got a chai latte. My dad immediately realized his drink was bad and I didn’t think much of it cause chai’s can be a hit or miss. For those that care, this is in a Randall's.
I usually don’t have any issues coming to this location that I dearly love but I came in today and the barista smell like a brewery I don’t know if he’s not bathing or just going through something he didn’t look his normal self please check on the older gentleman working
I was saddened to hear of a long time Manager Sherita has passed away. She was a superior manager. I visited this Starbucks for over 2 years. Her and I had become close friends during my visits. I was shocked to hear about the news and cried. She was wonderful sweet person who I will miss dearly. My condolences goes out to her co workers and especially her family. May the good lord take care of her always. Ill miss you deeply my friend
Great caramel frap. I sipped in it until I got home. Cashier and barista did a great job. He is kind courteous and makes you want to return. This how you do customer service.
