Waited in line for 30 minutes to order and another 25 to get my drink .. three people working , but one was just looking around . Then two workers left one guy taking orders and making drinks .. just don’t make the stop.
The girls who made my drink used a different kind of milk than what I asked for, they made several orders before mine, who ordered after me, and made my drink scorching hot…
Thomas at the PANC Starbucks was going above and beyond today with his kind and polite words, his attention to detail on all the drink customizations, and his overall positive attitude and personality brightened my day.
Today I went to get 2 drinks for me and my coworker, I go up to the counter and the person there just looked really uninterested in taking my order and I had to correct her a few times on what my order was, it seemed like she just wasn’t listening. The other worker that was there with the red hair is always nice whenever I go there, I have no complaints about her.
