If I could give them zero stars I would! unsure if this is a licensed store or corporate store but their customer service was awful; there was a gentleman about a dozen people ahead of us that waited in line for his drink (grande coconut milk latte) for a really long time, and when he politely asked the barista (Kimera) if it was missed, she told him she didn’t know & the tickets come out in order. On April 2, 2026, at approximately 7 pm, a short female employee made a coffee instead of a green tea latte. We ordered a matcha latte because we are Thai and misunderstood the order. She made us a coffee, and we asked for a new one because our son can't drink coffee, and we were willing to pay for it. We weren't asking for a free replacement. How does a Starbucks not have ice? I was told by the Barista that the person in the night before didn’t stock the ice therefore she doesn’t have ice?!? So why wouldn’t she go stock it? Or have someone stock it for her? Instead, there was a Notebook paper sign that said no Ice. On top of that all of your drinks on your special board are iced but this one didn’t have ice so they couldn’t make it. I’m just very confused.

Got to the airport early this am to get a coffee before I picked up my rental car. No one was there. Waited 10 mins and no one showed up. It’s 7:45am on a Saturday morning. 😩
