Zero star for service. The barista who took our order clearly hated us. She gave everyone before me an attitude. when it’s my turn, I tried to be as nice as possible because I was intimidated by how she treated everyone else. She was clearly annoyed by everything and everyone. It was scary. It’s 11am Saturday 7/4/2026.
Why the hell is this place not open at 11am on a SATURDAY!? Don't even exist at that point!
Service was slower than expected - about 15 minutes for one cup of lattee.
Says it’s open even when it’s not open? Hours are so inconsistent.
If I could give them zero stars I would! unsure if this is a licensed store or corporate store but their customer service was awful; there was a gentleman about a dozen people ahead of us that waited in line for his drink (grande coconut milk latte) for a really long time, and when he politely asked the barista (Kimera) if it was missed, she told him she didn’t know & the tickets come out in order.
