I came here and I had a thing how about coming here for a while until I see how one of the managers was treating one of the new people. Made them feel really bad and uncomfortable I will not support management like that.
I am a nurse practitioner who deals with patients living with anaphylactic allergies. Twice in the last six months two patients received dairy rather than the requested alternative. The first patient experienced severe anaphylaxis requiring a 911 call and emergrncy transport to the emergency department. This location usually has a great team but today I was so disappointed. I returned after ordering coffee to voice my concerns of them using the wrong milk substitute. They laughed and said that they did use the correct milk. I told them my lip is swelling up and they shouldn’t take it lightly when a client says they’re sick. I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pick up, because I find it’s the easiest way to use my stars. As soon as I told them I was there for a pick up the person on the mic had the nastiest attitude and wasn’t being responsive. I got to the window and was told not to place drive-thru pick up orders.
