Ordered a butterfly refresher energy drink and there was a roach in it. Never coming back. Disgusting
I stop at this location a few times during each month, I do the ordering thru the app because it is convenient. I usually don’t have any issues it today I paid for my drink to be made incorrectly. I get the staff gets busy but if I am paying for a high priced coffee I would like for it to be made the way I ordered it. My cup did not have a sticker on it so I honestly don’t even know if this was even my order. This is just unacceptable as I do enjoy my Starbucks coffee when I do have time to stop.
