Just watched the lady making the drinks expertly handle a horrible customer. (1:20 pm on November 4, 2025.) Hats off to all three employees but especially her. I appreciated that she remade my drink as the mean customer caused so much of a mess that my drink got cold. That was very kind.
It’s always great when employees can have conversation with the patrons, however, when it interferes with making our medium sized $10 drinks and there’s people gathering/waiting/wondering wide eyed/dying of thirst/ trying to get back on the road…. Tighten up the jaw jacking and serve the people who are financing your paycheck.
Closes at 7pm! At a travel plaza in the middle of West Virginia? Oh no, what a disappointment. After months of seeing the rebuilding process and turning it into such a glorious place, a coffee would have been so nice ...
