I went here because it was closer to my destination, but I never bought coffee here before. The barista was name Barek or Blake? He wasn't rude but he definitely didnt want to work that day. I came and got a White Moch Frap(wmf). After I got it and looked at it. It was all white like in the photo. Being a former Starbucks Barista, I know it comes with the frap coffee base. This coffee shop has terrible staff. I don't know how they employ people like that—someone named Baker, or something similar—because he refused to give me his name.
The people who work there are very attentive and pleasant. When they are busy it is not the best location if you need fast service but I am usually not in a hurry so no issues for me.
7/17 around 6:50 pm. No customer service, or acknowledgement— overall a pretty awkward interaction with the barista. She was deep cleaning, and didn’t wash her hands or put on gloves before touching the tea bags for my order :/ such a bummer. Pretty shocked overall, I paid for my service and ended up throwing my drink away after processing the whole interaction and realizing this was basically a hazard.
