Visited this Starbucks location more than once and never had any issues with the Starbucks personnel. I was pretty disappointed with my experience, mainly because of the customer service I received from Jennifer is not the one usually expected by a manager or the lead person. When I walked in, the line was long, which I totally understand can happen at busy times. I've always valued good service when I go out, especially when I’m paying for something I enjoy. It was disappointing to feel like my presence there didn’t matter.... read more
