Waited over 20 minutes for 1 cold brew with cold foam. No line and 3 staff. Grande drink was half filled with cold foam and runny. Was like drinking a mouth full of filmy cream. Rarely have a good experience at this Starbucks.
Customer Service: 5 Location: 5 Quality: 5 Affordability: 5 Convenience: 5 We decided to grab a couple of coffees at this Starbucks location. It's conveniently located right outside the JBER main exchange, which was great for the military and retired members that were shopping. The facility was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and professional during our visit. Everything we ordered was served hot and we truly enjoyed our order.
Don't go during morning shift, coffee always taste like milky water. But 2nd shift is always on point!
Trash coffee it was like strangely greasy somehow kid loved the cake pops tho
