The two ladies in there working around 10:30 am on march 6th, 2025 were unbelievably rude. i am a partner at starbucks and i can say that was not standard behavior whatsoever. i ordered two frappes and customized them a bit, the lady making drinks was rolling her eyes and putting her fingers to her temple. i work at a busy store and understand the rush frustration, but there weren’t any other orders at the time. management please do better to make your employees kinder to their customers.

After two years going to this Starbucks, I’ve never had an issue, until today! (I’ve been here probably over 100 times) The boy thru have at the counter really just needs more training, or if he’s new he needs better guidance. After waiting in line for 15 minutes it was just me and one other person. I just stood there never being acknowledged. The employees work fast and if they mess up your order they will re-do it no problem with no charge! So don't be rude there doing there best!
I used this location three times for mobile orders. The first time went perfect with no issues. The second time my drink was over 10 minutes late - I actually had to ask the barista to make my order (she had the ticket but kept making other orders instead). The third time I ordered two of my usual drinks; they forgot to add the syrup to both of them which I didn’t notice until several minutes on my drive - I was served just espresso and hot milk…it did not taste great.
