Best Starbucks I have been too. All the employees are awesome and make my drink perfect every time. SCOTT! You are the best employee ever! You must of felt my sadness being short $1 on my drink last time. Totally caught me by surprise when you walked outside the store to hand me my drink. I had to low-key tell another Starbucks employee to give him $5 he refused to take from me afterwards, too. So, haha! I win! Thanks Scott.
Absolutely horrible experience tonight. I went through the drive-thru just 20 minutes earlier, then stopped quickly somewhere else and headed home, but I really had to use the restroom. I stopped back at this Starbucks and the baristas not only refused to let me use it, but literally laughed at me and insisted on searching for my order just so I could use the bathroom? I worked at Starbucks for 3 years, we NEVER treated paying customers like that. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional behavior.
I have come to this store the last 5 years and placed the same order. Today, I ordered a hot drink and said I did not want whip cream on it. The order taker, Jasmine, says to me "the drink already comes with it, so yeah ". I tell her, I've always ordered with no whip and it's been done every time. She then says, "sorry, that's how the drink is made". I've never had to argue with someone over not adding whip cream. It's the most simple request and 1 less thing they have to do to a drink.
