A little irritated because i saw that i asked for 3 pumps of peppermint and honey each and the honey wasn’t listed. I made sure i asked the guy at the window if the woman got it Twice and he’s like he’s sure she knows, he’s right there with her. And what do you know, I’m 30 min away and go to taste the tea and NO HONEY. I honestly want my money back but I’m gone now so I’m just out of a good drink. After saying my order twice, with a long wait in between the barista just gave me a green tea with none of the additions I payed to be in it , along with the other pumpkin drink tasting bland unlike the other times we came here. Long waits and the baristas dont even make the orders properly.
Coffee great, employee rude, cup a sticky mess, nobody there
Not sure how many times I need to leave a negative review before their management team begins to train their baristas properly, then make sure things actually improve, and return to how much better they used to be a few years ago at this location. I worked for Starbucks for a year, I know it isn't this difficult.
