Maria, who I’m assuming is the manager. Just went off on one I’ve her employees I think her name said Evelyn. But yea Evelyn was super sweet very nice and attentive but literally talked to like she was stupid and I think she was doing her job just fine I just can’t believe someone would do that in front of customers normally there’s never and issue with anything but that was rude as hell as a manager. Highly unprofessional.
Not sure how many times I need to leave a negative review before their management team begins to train their baristas properly, then make sure things actually improve, and return to how much better they used to be a few years ago at this location. I worked for Starbucks for a year, I know it isn't this difficult. Great Starbucks!
They make my drink right Everytime and they are super friendly unlike 3/4 of the staff at the last store of West and beltway, unprofessional and can't check personal things at the door, this store at fallbrook is ran right, good people, and never left waiting for 20 minutes with my thumb up my butt.
The service unfortunately is very slow!
