I visited this Starbucks today and had a very disappointing experience. Almost everything I tried to order was unavailable — no strawberry drinks, no coffee, and no Frappuccino. I was only told that lemonade was available. What made it worse was the lack of effort to help or suggest any alternatives. The interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful. I understand items can be out of stock, but customer service and communication should still be better. I hope this improves in the future.
Yesterday, my husband and I visited this place. First the guy wasn’t there, they had to call him. I felt like our drinks were prepared by a child. The matcha ice latte I ordered was absolutely terrible. The matcha wasn’t even dissolved, and my husband’s coffee was essentially milk. Please, don’t waste your money here. I feel scammed.
There is none Frappuccino
Do the egg nog frappe, bomb.com. Thank you for the gent this morning suggesting it! It’s really good!
Says they don’t sell milk here which is a flat out lie
