This happened Sunday !! Okay so my husband took us out Sunday & before we began our family trip. He wanted to surprise us with Starbucks drinks! He knows I love love love my Matcha drinks! So he ordered it as always and Iced Matcha latte with little ice & oatmilk. And I promise you he was very kind to the people at the first location. Starbucks has downgraded significantly … Staff is nice ! Policies are just far away from their mission of being a Third Place environment … I went in because i needed water they said they won’t give to me without ordering , I had blood work to be done next door to them and was fasting so i can’t eat or drink anything else. Sucks to see there is no humanity these days !
