I’ve been a loyal customer at this Starbucks location for many years—out of the three I regularly visit, this one was always my go-to. Unfortunately, a recent experience left me feeling disappointed and unwelcome. I came in fully intending to buy a coffee, as I always do. Before ordering, I asked to use the restroom, and a new employee told me I needed to either make a purchase or promise to do so before getting access. I’ve had enough. This is the third time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. 1. First time: My order was completely wrong. 2. Second time: I received a drink that was barely 3 inches full — the rest of the cup was empty. 3. Third time (today): The cup was dirty, no lid provided, and it was supposed to be extra hot. When I brought it up, the staff just said, “Have a good day” and walked away. Seriously? This is unacceptable for a brand like Starbucks. I expect consistency, cleanliness, and basic courtesy.
